Absolutely not! We do not stock or import any of our products. Each and every gorgeous piece is designed and fabricated right here in Australia.

When it comes to our ‘from photo’ keepsakes, you don't have to be a professional photographer to snap a great picture of your pet. However, image type and quality is really important to enable our designers to produce the best possible outcome. Please see our Photo Guide for fundamentals to consider when selecting your image. If you have any questions about the suitability of your preferred photo, reach out to us via email and one of our team members can help you determine which image is best

Of course. Proofs are available on request. Please note that proofs for our custom ‘from photo’ products will extend the production time approximately 1 week.

Please allow approximately 5-7 business days for ‘Garden Statues’ and 3-4 weeks for your ‘From Photo orders to be completed and dispatched from our HQ. Manufacturing lead times may vary depending on the time of year. For time sensitive orders please get in touch prior to purchasing for up-to-date lead times and to discuss your needs. We promise it is worth the wait!

Absolutely! Simply include the recipient's name in your delivery address details during checkout.

You may cancel within 48 hours from placing your order (excluding ‘from photo’ products) Cancellations, edits or changes to customised pieces and orders from our ‘from photo’ products will incur a $50 fee to compensate for design work already completed by our graphic designer.
