We offer FREE standard postage for all orders over $200

Standard Shipping: $14.95 Standard Flat Rate Shipping Australia wide.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days from dispatch for your order to be delivered.

Express Shipping: $19.95 Express Flat Rate Shipping Australia wide.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days from dispatch for your order to be delivered.

Shipping Policy

​

Our MCC team are committed to ensuring that your order is delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. It is important to note that delivery times may increase in periods of high demand both at our HQ and our delivery partners.

 

For time sensitive orders please get in touch via email to discuss lead-times prior to purchasing.

 

Processing timeframe  

​

  • Garden Keepsakes/Signs: Please allow 5-10 business days for our team to complete and dispatch your order. 

  • Custom Pieces and 'From Photo' items: Please allow approximately 3 weeks for our design and manufacturing team to complete and dispatch your order. 

 

Please note that in busy periods (such as sale or holiday periods) processing of orders may take longer than the above time frames and we appreciate your understanding of this

 

Once dispatched​

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to monitor the status and location of your order. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered within estimated delivery times, please note that we have little control over your order once it has left our HQ and therefor these timeframes are estimates only.

 

Shipping details

​

  • It is the purchasers responsibility to provide accurate shipping information during the checkout process. Mia Cooper and Co will not be liable for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect postal address details.

  • Orders marked "Returned to Sender" due to an incorrect mailing address or missed delivery will be shipped again at the expense of the buyer. 

 

Lost in transit

If you are concerned that your order may be lost or misdelivered during transit, we ask that you contact our team at admin@miacooperandco.com.au as soon as possible, so we can investigate. You understand that while we’ll investigate your missing order, we make no representations as to responsibility or liability for any lost or misdelivered order. 

 

Damaged in transit

​

In the rare event that your order is damaged in transit you are required to inform us of any damage within 24 hours so we can inform our logistics partner. Please email photos of the damaged item, including packaging and condition on delivery to admin@miacooperandco.com.au. To ensure we resolve your issue as soon as possible, please include your order number and name when contacting our team. You acknowledge that our liability for orders damaged in transit is limited to the amount of any compensation we are able to recover from the delivery service provider, less our reasonable costs of investigating and applying for any compensation, unless otherwise required by law.
